This will also improve operational efficiencies by reducing food waste, eliminating “lost” orders, automates invoicing process, and improves scheduling and delivery process.

Each catering request is unique and we can customize a menu that meets all of your special requests. Due to time needed in preparing your order, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for catering selections. Please place your online orders as early as possible to ensure timely processing. Every effort will be made to accommodate your last minute requests.

Each catering will include all required essentials i.e. napkins, utensils, plates, etc. If you have any other special requests for linens or china service, please make note of that in your request.

If you have moved a catered event from one location to another, please alert us to the exact new location as soon as possible to avoid any confusion. These changes can be made online in your catering request, and Flik will be alerted. If this occurs within 24 hours of the catering, please call the Flik office at 860-766-7105.

If you need to modify your order, or change the guest count, this can also be done online up to the order lead time for that menu. After that time, modifications to orders must be called in to the Flik office at 860-766-7105.

To avoid being charged, cancellations or changes to catering orders must be made up to the lead time indicated for that menu. Do not email or fax last minute cancellations; call the Flik office directly at 860-766-7105.
